Painting a bad lieutenant?

I can get a gray one pretty cheap and i want to get it but i just dont like the color. Do you guys think its paintable or will the paint just come off after i paint it? Does the gray one have a rubbery finish to it or is it just matte plastic?

its a rough texture. get it, primer it, then paint it with plastic paint. then clear coat it like 10 times.

dumont does it to his and its soo sic with the skull i dunno if u've seen it but ya make sure you plastic coat it at least two times but a couple more than that wont hurt
