Windows Movie Maker Problem

Before you browse it to upload it you need to make it either a .wmp or a .mov file. How do i do this?

you have to save it to your computer. hit tasks, and go to step 3, then where it says save to my computer, click that, and then it like finalizes the movie so you cant edit it anymore.

save it as an wmv. when you put it in a folder
