badass ski knees
what do you guys do to get your knees badass for skiing, any racers know good excersizes and stretches?
wobble board your ass off. or get and indo board super easy to make, take a PVC tupe. the biggest you can get. 8 inch diameter is the best. then take a sturdy board and put it on to, wobble away. this helps not just your knees but your all muscles in your legs to. really good help. you'll be a rail expert after as well.

im not a racer, but run your ass off and then go do squats and leg presses and stuff in a gym, that worked pretty well for me
Mountain bike is your best friend, stationary bike with different risistance settings will do great, i do a lot of weight training in my legs, leg press, leg curls, and a lot od squats
