yeah what kind of camera are you looking for video,film motion, 35mm, 220,120,large format? the list goes on and on.
i am goign to assume you mean an slr. good luck finding anything really modern with in that range with a lens. best bet is go to ebay. or look at http://www.bhphotovideo.com/ in their used section.
