Help me write a speech

im running for the state student council executive board, and i need to write a 2-3 minute speech. topic - "How can a person demonstrate leadership, citizenship, and sportsmanship in todays world."

any help would be very appreciated

running for state student council executive board and you can't even conjure up a 2-3 minute speech? i doubt you deserve the position.

in our school, our presidential candidates included about 6 people. a fat girl no one likes. two smart, creative kids that have the same friends. i smart girl that was too shy. an overachiever who does everything. and a communist puerto rican (hes actually for communism, his posters had the sign and he has shirts and whatnot). guess who won.
