Injury ends season
Mt hood finally got some decent snow, so what do i go and do. Fracture my ankle and tear my growth plate. Never hurt myself so bad playing basketball before. I knew something was wrong when i rolled it and it tore and popped. Doc says ill be out for 3weeks to a month . Ne body know some good stretches or ways to help heal this quicker?
that sucks.. i hope you recover well. i dont know any strechs but make sure when you strech to stretch evenly with both sides of your body for each strech. Thats the only advice i have. Heal quick

yah man im in the same boat. broke my collerbone right when meadows closed due to lack of snow in february. then when it started snowin again i had to start skiin again, and i guess i started too early. cause i had a minor fall and re-broke it and now im out again.
Thats blows. Mine was ended in early jan when I broke my fucking back
