HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a camera right. and i have dell. i also have adobe premiere. HOW THE HELL DO YOU IMPORT SHIT!!!!!! the camera is plugged in to the comp, and it is turned on. I don't know what to do i am stuck.

you mean it won't download any pictures on your computer? try and open the lens cover

didnt a program come with the camera so that u can import it to your computer

wat is is plugged into the computer with, cause i tried mine with a normal usb and it didnt werk so i had to buy a firewire port and cable.......that could b ur problem but im not sure.........try reading the manual
