So me and my friends decided to go see a movie and after much deliberation, we where going to go see "Hostage." Upon arriving at the old and cheap cinema, after a quick bite at Applebees, it turns out one of the people I'm with decided to go behind my back and convince everyone to see "Million Dollar Baby" instead. Well without much thinking you can determine that I was pissed that instead of seeing a sick-ass shoot em' up movie, I was going to watch (what I thought to be) a chick flick drama. While watching the movie, I realized that this was no chick flick but really a brilliantly thought out piece of media art. Now all I have to say is that has probobly had to be one of the best movies I have ever witnessed and for once I am happy for my friend to stab me in the back. I recommend everyone to go and watch this "sure to be a classic" movie, as the best way I can put it. I know this has already had a thread created on this movie but I really think it deserved another.
