freshmans are 13-15 year old (depending on where you're from) they're people just entering highschool.

man... just some girls are totally odd that includes seniors. I was sitting/sleeping in class and the girls behind me were saying ' Oh my god I was watchin the third wheel (a dating show) and they didn't even pick the hot girl, Like how dumb is that?' 'That's just retarded'. these are girls that stay with their boyfriends even though they hate them and their uptight families but won't break up with them because they're insecure and just want to be with someone who's hot as well. You can tell I do a lot of half sleeping in this class eh? that's the end of this rant.

The rainforest is not doing 'fine' or 'better now' the rainforest is dying fast because of the West and the World Bank in particular. Countries like Brazil are being bullied into cutting down and destroying the rainforests in order to mick a quick dollar to help pay back there massive debts. The people are too fucking poor to know any better, thats fucking dirty man. And in BC the current overfishing combined with pollution is taking down the rainforest because we refuse to recognize interdependence. And Asia is the same shit different toilet. How about you go and pick upa book by a respectable author, not that other garbage you're on.

ghettoprep the reason why the rainforest is being destroyed is because all of the good farming land is being used by the rich 1% of brazil and the rainforest land (which has POOR soil because of water erosion) is being given to the poor people that once had farms. So they're burning down the forest to make room for crops which... don't grow! so they burn more forest and still get very little crop and try and raise a few cows but after a few years all of the nutrients in the soil are gone and they have to burn more forest. The rainforest isn't being destroyed by logging, it's being destroyed by manmade fires of people that were kicked off of their land in the 70s when brazil tried to jump into the first world. the end. sorry bro. you loose.
