I can do nothing really technical. Just normal 360 and backflip. However even with
the 360 I have difficulties doing it if the kicker is really steep as I then tend to rotate
off axis (leaning too far back). How can you avoid this? Even if I really try to push myself off on
take off the problem persists. What am I missing?
That's a tough one, maybe you should just throw the backflip and the 3 together, stomp it, ride down to the chalet, chug a hot chocolate, look at all the women and be like, what's up ladies, what's up sluts?

hrm, just focus on popping straight up off the lip instead of leaning back...with practice, you will feel the 3 get comfortable. practice on a tramp, it will give you good air-awareness and help you to not get off axis as much
make sure that you throw your arms straight across your chest. your prolly throwin it more over your shoulder.
i remember when i was learning 360s, some kid told me to spin leaning forward more and not to pop, needless to say i busted my ass pretty bad, but next try i landed it.
'i fucking bent over and spread my ass cheeks in the mirror and watched my asshole quiver as i ripped a fatty...now that was fucking insightful, not to mention inspiring.'- alpentalik
