Help with 3’s

Here are a couple of my recent 360’s. I love doing this trick and I really want to clean them up. I started skiing when I was in my late 20’s so it’s been a bit of a learning curve in the park. I’ve been focusing on keeping my weight over my toes, but it seems like I sometimes start spinning too early/look at the ground/don’t pop enough. If you can offer any pointers, I’d appreciate it. Or if you just wanna roast me that’s cool too.
