Aether is a bit of a mash-up of footage of all four En Route webisodes from season four 2011. I like to take footage from edits we have already made, and re-edit it into a different format. Just like "Thank You", Aether is a more artistic perspective of skiing.
En Route Hokkaido documents a two week ski trip to the island of Hokkaido, Japan. There the Nimbus crew linked up with Black Diamond Lodge to do a mixture of snowmobile access, touring, boot packing off the road, chairlift access, and night skiing. Pep Fujas, Andy Mahre, Eric Pollard and Chris Benchetler ski while Justin Wiegand and Ike Smith film. "Four Day Season" is exactly what the title says; four days of skiing. However, these four days ended up being Eric Pollard's entire season after he broke his leg in Russia. Filmed entirely in Eric's back yard on Mt. Hood.

RAW is web based series new to Nimbus for 2014. We will release footage every other week all season long as we work toward our final two year project; "After The Sky Falls". We hope that the RAW series will allow viewers to follow us more closely, and keep tabs on our travels and skiing.

Filmed on location in Hokkaido, Japan - Pemberton, British Columbia - and Mt. Hood, Oregon. After The Sky Falls captures the skiing of Eric Pollard, Chris Benchetler and Pep Fujas. Two years in the making, the film is not an epic portrayal of the sport, but instead is an attempt to relate to and inspire everyday skiers. This motion picture is not a dramatic narrative piece, it's not a energy drink commercial, it's not meant to make the skiers in the film into heroes, it is simply a film that documents the Nimbus crew's unique approach to skiing, and their focus on fun and creativity.

Drawn From Here is a film by Eric Pollard that opens with an exploration of his processes as a skier, as a ski/product designer, and as an artist. It follows the influences he draws from—like basing the shape of a ski tip off of a surfboard or finding patterns observed in nature to integrate into the graphics he hand draws for a ski—and illuminates a thread that runs through and binds all his different disciplines and hobbies.
