“Banged Up” is the much anticipated follow-up to Sam Zahner and Calvin Barrett’s debut film “70/30”. Winding their way through the streets of Colorado, Minnesota, and Massachusetts, Sam and Calvin were joined by Mike Cappola, Seamus Flanagan, Scrappy Joe, and Pete Koukov. After countless cold days and painful nights, last minute cross-country drives chasing storms that didn’t happen, endless shoveling and a surplus of slams, the title could not be a more accurate depiction of Winter 17/18 through the eyes of the crew.
MAGMA is a ski movie made for the love. No sponsors, No funding, just purely for the love of skiing. MAGMA was filmed in a month at Mt.Hood with a few shots from Mt. Bachelor and South Sister. We want to show everyone what this place means to us and how we have been inspired to create MAGMA. Thank you to those who have inspired us and for everyone who helped out and supported this project. May, a time when flowers are blooming, birds are chirping and the aroma of smelly socks wafts through the meadows and forests of Mount Hood, Oregon. Wait, what?! That's right, the Traveling Circus returns to the springtime ski destination of Timberline, dirty laundry and all, in "Mayisode," the 2nd episode of the 7th season. The TC crew meets up at Andy's cat-filled apartment in Government Camp for a week of shoveling, snacking and volcano skiing.
