Summer skiing 2022.
Nothing super exciting, just some box sliding. This was on the first couple days of camp getting warmed up for learning to slide the tube later that week.

The process of finally learning to slide a tube. I was nervous at first but this was a season goal and I finally got it after lunch at the very last day at camp! After the last clip I did get about 10 proper all the way to the end slides and pop off but I don't remember if they were still filming or not. I was too occupied. This felt great and I can't wait to continue learning when the season starts back up again. Music is Rammstein "Duetschland"

Matchstick Productions 2022 ski film explores this world of opportunities through the eyes of a
12 year-old freestyle phenomenon. Through his voice, the audience hears the skiing aspirations
of such a 12 year-old, a kid who just wants to play and doesn’t have to ponder “real life” quite
yet.
The core of this film is packed with a star studded cast of skiers shredding across the globe.

Welcome back for the second round.
Some might say this trip was even better than the last. We somehow managed to get some ski clips along the way so sit back, enjoy the lil movie and have a laugh throughout this visual journey.
We left Colorado and started camping in Mammoth for 2 weeks this spring as we slowly made our way up to Mt. Hood, OR to finish off the month of May, stopping by Palisades, Tahoe and Mt. So I’m kinda stupid and landed my first backflip and double backflip 10 runs apart.
After five weeks of paradise on snow, camp wrapped up with an unbelievable week of sunshine. With our terrain looking better than ever, the coaches and pros went all out to shut things down.
As much as we didn't want camp to end, we can look back at an incredible summer back up on the Blackcomb glacier. We already can't wait for next year!

Session 3 was a banger week full of sunshine and countless camper firsts! The big mountain program kicked off and our groups learnt about avalanche safety while skiing corn snow lines. Our coaches were firing on all cylinders and the Canadian Freeski Team joined us for their on-snow summer training.
