        Overall

Unlike most of the major movies in this younger generation of filmmakers, Lost and Found is focused on backcountry and big-mountain powder skiing. While it is sometimes less easy to notice new limits being broken or exactly how crazy the big-mountain lines are, a few such runs in this movie are obviously nuts. Still, the vibe in Lost and Found (and with TGR in general), is more about beautiful shots and spectacular scenery than leading innovation in the ski world. A whole section of the movie is of heli-skiing on mountains that have never been skied before. Shroder Baker has some of the most unbeleivable face shots I have ever seen in Jackson. Another thing thats sets Lost and Found apart is their segment with Marc Andre Belliveau. Its pretty ill that he is making powder turns and dropping cliffs on a sit ski only months after his accident.
