Early into 2014-2015 season it became clear that my father was not planning to give back my 13/14 Chairmans, so I purchased a pair of this year's. As I understand it, the designer of the ski had made some revisions to the design to make it more playful in deep snow while maintaining the stable feel of last year's for the big moves in any kind of conditions. The extreme tip and tail are a tad softer than last year's ski, but they still do not noticeably chatter no matter how fast I go. After close to 50 days this season, these skis are showing very few signs of wear other then dull edges and some shallow base scrapes due to low coverage. I would 100% recommend these to anyone looking for a directional ski to charge hard on.
