Been riding on these for four years now, and the shape never changed much over the years but the materials and ski definitely improved in that time. This is a very fun playfully pow ski that will stick you through whatever you throw at it. Even for such a fat ski this has been my everyday ski patrolling and coaching in bc. The stability comes from an exceptional torsional stiffness under foot but it is light and poppy due to thin tips and tails. For such a fat ski it does amazingly well edge to edge and in crud, but still has to be treated for what it is. Definitely light enough for any sidecountry skin track, but the tip and tail are a pain with bd skins. Highly recommended for someone who wants a fat ski but still the ability to take it around. Would only be a one ski quiver at specific resorts.
