I love the Scott Fixes. They are amazing in every aspect you could name. They may not fit the largest head, but anyone without a massive noggin should consider them. For the amount I paid, I couldn't have asked for more. My next goggles will without a doubt be Fixes or another model of Scotts.
The performance of the Fixes is amazing. Rarely do they fog (unlike my Crowbars) and the lens is crystal clear.
Mine came with the illuminator lens and they handle most conditions very well. It is a bit difficult to see the terrain during flat lighting or when the sun has just set, but overall they are a good all around lens.
What I love most about the Fixes is how they don't limit my vision. I can see fully side-to-side which really helps when skiing switch. I don't feel like I have to constantly turn my head to make sure no one is next me.
I am a big fan of the look of Fixes (hence me purchasing them). The Jungle Love pattern is awesome and they are pretty unique...haven't seen anyone else with them yet. The colors are very vibrant.
The foam on the inside is also very nice and doesn't bother my face whatsoever. It's thick but cushy.
The fit is excellent. They are not overly big and definitely not small. I'd say they are medium-large compared to other goggles.
They also fit nicely with my POC Receptor...great combo. There is a very minimal gap between the helmet and goggles (picture for reference)
I've got about 30 days of use with the Fixes and they show absolutely no sign of wear 'n tear. Foam is in great shape and there are NO scratches on my lens...however, I haven't experienced any yard sales due my helmet...faceplants, yes. The strap is also holding up nicely and believe it or not but there is no fraying.
