I would recommend this product to anybody who is looking for a quality jacket that can take several seasons of abuse, and not spend more than 200$. Great overall, insulated, except for the sleeves. The vest is dope, great for spring riding. Overall great jacket.
Performance
Spyder always makes quality stuff and this jacket showed just that. None of the zippers broke, nothing wore down.
Design
The cut to the whole jacket is pretty simple. The jacket also turns into a vest, which is pretty sick. It's surprisingly easy to zip off the sleeves, and zip them back on. There's a backpack-esque pocket on the back of the jacket which you can put the sleeves in. Lots of compartments for your pass, cell phone, ipod, drugs, etc. Nice elastic band on the bottom of the jacket so you can cinch it tight so no cold air gets in. Only flaw is that the jacket lacks many vents, but if it's super warm you can just zip off the sleeves.
Value
I bought this jacket for 150$ in the off season which is pretty much a steal. I believe the jacket is still available for the same price.
Fit
I got a size XL and it fit pretty true to it's size. The sleeves were a little short for my liking, but I'm really lanky. Length was pretty good though I would say if your 6'2'' or shorter.
Durability
I've used it for a season and it's held up great. No rips, broken zippers, or anything.
