You've read the review. Everything seems on par. Can't wait for next year's stuff. This is a unique company and I'm stoked to see what the future holds for them.
Performance
Hats are hats... and this hat keeps my head warm. If there's days below 15 degrees, i'd probly want something thicker. Stitching is such that it would keep your head cool enough for summer riding. Totally awesome. Overall not a thick hat, but cozy for what it provides.
Design
All the hats are some variation of stripes. Totally awesome if you ask me, but in the future some more variation would be nice. The knit is super soft and out-does any fabric you can buy at a retail store. Awesome.
Value
RIME knits are 25 bucks shipped I believe. For every hat you buy, RIME plants a tree to help reforest areas in need. You're paying for what you get, too. These hats are truly awesome quality. These out-do EC headwear or any other respectable hat company with similar prices.
Fit
All of the '09 RIME knits are the same fit - Tall, loose, and SICK. I wouldn't want a tall beanie any other way. I've heard of a few people complaining that they're too big, but personally it's awesome... It just slips right on your head and is super comfortable. This category is dialed.
Durability
Good so far. Like new after 10 days of use or so.
