The beer maker is El Bolson and the beer is simply called "Cerveza con Chocolate". This is easily the best-tasting beer I've ever had, and I have certainly had my fair share over the years. I was tempted to ditch a day of skiing and drive 6 hours out of my way to visit the brewery.
