Yup. Only my black friends were ever stopped by the police. Be it in their neighborhoods or even being singled out at house parties and stuff like that. Shit is terrible, and you would never know as a white person that this was happening.

The general purpose of a terry stop and frisk is actually a good thing, but not the way they are using it.

nah man its not like that. If you find time you should watch the video. These are cops approaching only minorities and attempting to provoke them to make arrest. 90% of the stops yield no illegally weapons or drugs and they are completely unconstitutional. The sergeant who is interviewed in the video is the one who coins the term "the hunted and the hated. "
