FS: 7 Macbook Pro's and a cat

I will keep this brief....

I have 5 15 inch unibody 2.53ghz 4gb ram, 250gb hard drive or BETTER. I want $1080 each

I have 1 13 inch unibody aluminum macbook 2.4ghz 2gb ram 500gb for $830

I have 1 13 inch pro unibody 2.26ghz 2gb ram 160gb hard drive for $750

I have 1 13 inch pro 2.4ghz with 4gb ram and a 250gb hard drive for $950

I have a 15" older style 2.6ghz with 4gb ram and 512mb vram for $900

I have another 2.5ghz older style macbook pro with 3gb ram with 512mb vram for $850

The cats name is puma, he greats you all.

Because of the nature of these items I require you to use UPS or Fedex with insurance of the full price of the macbook pro.


Of course they have wifi, dvd burners, snow leopard, office, and more.

Seriously not for sale. AND P.S. the ssd fucking sucks honestly. Its not fast enough.

I have 13 if you include the 3.06ghz unit and my 2 white macbooks for sale in other threads

It's kind of my business. Fix them, repair them. Refurbish them.

People kind of love them, and they will pay for them if they are the right price.........

Because they don't suck?

The macbook pro's are immaculate condition, we are talking new batteries in them.

besides my normal job, this is my area of expertise. (macbooks)

The only way to succeed in selling is to have a decent selection, and models suitable for the persons budget. So when they say oh how about $850 you can say I have this model for you, and they can say okay!

Do it big or go home.

i sell them on craigslist already

ebay is another way that i do sell components already. and the fees of both ebay and paypal on these items are too much of the profit i need to make it worth my time on many of them.

i already sell certain models to a few locations in bulk and they are sold in college towns ( college station texas, tampa and miami). one of them i have a $4000 line of credit i established to them so they can buy 4 of them at a time and pay me via check. 2 of them prepay for their notebooks via money order and have me hold specific models.

i know newschoolers are a bunchhhhhhhh of apple whores. and if people on here are willing to pay for the paypal fee they can surely buy them.

because even still mine are cheaper than apple after paypal fee

Have you tried tgr at all? NS is a bunch of lowballing kids who usually aren't even seriously interested anyway, about 5% of the people registered on newschoolers can afford any of those computers. TGR is an awesome place to sell things because there are way more older people with real jobs and real money and would appreciated a reasonable deal on a computer.

In regard to tetongravityreports, I am not a member over there. I could and should establish myself over there.

I am rather happy with the amount of buyers on NS at the moment. Don't sell yourself short guys. You are a good group of people and many of you do honestly have enough money to buy these, and top of that you are very hard pressed to find better deals. So when your laptop finally bites the dust. It is my hope that you just remember oh yeah before I buy that new macbook from apple....I can save/get a "free upgrade" if you buy from me. What I mean by free upgrade, is I might be able to save you enough to get an upgrade vs. what Apple would offer.


And Imac's and Mac Pro's, yeah I work on them, but don't build them/repair them like I do Macbook Pro's. They weigh too much for me to want to carry/ship them and the demand for a desktop is overall just declining. Why buy a desktop when you can hookup your macbook pro to a monitor and more often than not they are more than capable for most users.
