So far 2009 has been good to me and my mountain bike. I started off the season with a new whip from Norco and lots of time and energy to ride it. I’ve captured many hours of helmet cam footage and I recently got a chance to sit down at the computer and sort through some of it. Its hard to watch sometimes as many of the shots did’t work out; either a poor angle or just too bouncy, too fast. These helmet cams units are great but I need to remind myself that they’re a work in progress, and anything captured is bonus.

Taking some highlighted clips, I’ve cut a quick video to share some great moments via my helmet. It’s raw and bumpy. Featured are a few of my friends who are some of the best riders on the planet, in order of appearance: 1) Pouch in Park City, 2) Larry in Nelson BC, 3) Gray flying down Windy Pass, 4) Jeremy Schaab in the mud and snow on Verbier, 5) Chris Winter in Zermatt, and 6) wrapping it up behind Mark D on various Swiss Alp gems. The music track is heavy metal for obvious reasons. Enjoy!
