After two days of riding in winter conditions, finally a break in the clouds comes for the West Coast Session shoot crew. Under clear skies and a hot sun, it was finally time to get to play on the smooth transitions of the parks at Mt. Hood Meadows and Timberline Lodge.

Stept and 4bi9 dispatched early on an assignment to destroy the park flow at Timberline, while the rest of us convened in Meadows' park and pipe. In no time at all a pipe shoot was underway, with Voleurz and Japan throwing down hard, while the others flashed laps on the larger jump line.

After a flight in from Quebec the night before, Newschoolers legend Cedric Tremblay-Fournier was ready to make up for lost time at the Session, and immediately started screaming seamening everything in sight.

And all the while, Hood locals were on point demonstrating what's become the style of choice in these parts: big, fat, slow, comfortable, stomped rodeos.

All too quickly last chair rolled around, and after a prolonged box-hiking session in the mini-jib park with the DOS Media crew, it was back to Windell's for tramp sessions in BOB, video capturing, photo editing, and just plain relaxation after three days of "work."

On Saturday, the West Coast Session public blew the lid off of Mt. Hood Ski Bowl; you'll find the story here, soon. Thanks for reading.

Also be sure to check in tomorrow or the next day for videos from the event courtesy of DOS Media, 4bi9 and others. We've been trying to get them online but our admin system is being bitchier than an ex-wife. So stay tuned.
