TLH Heliskiing and Whistler Alpine Steep Academy are partnering up to offer a Steep Week experience

TLH Heliskiing is partnering up with local company Whistler Alpine Steep Academy to off ear Steep Week heli-skiing experience, February 4 ? 11, 2011.

Gold Bridge, British Columbia, December 31, 2010 ? TLH Heliskiing and Whistler Alpine Steep Academy, aka WASA, have teamed up this year to bring guests a Steep Week experience this February, 2011.

Steep Week at TLH is an action packed week of heli-skiing or snowboarding dedicated to providing guests with better skills, knowledge and understanding of backcountry skiing and snowboarding.  Participants will gain skills from experienced guides and coaches as well as a professional big mountain free-skier, all while having an unforgettable experience in the legendary South Chilcotin Mountains.

TLH Steep Week guests will ski with ACMG Full Guide and co-founder of WASA, Jonny Simms. An accomplished ski guide and climber, Jonny brings a broad range of knowledge and skills as well as his great personality to the experience. Bringing more big-mountain experience to the week; professional skier, coach and the other co-founder of WASA, Ryan Oakden, will also join guests to impart some of his freeskiing knowledge and experience to the group. Steep Week is geared towards anyone who is interested in improving their skills while enjoying the trip of a lifetime at TLH Heliskiing. By combining a heli-skiing holiday along with the relaxed and helpful coaching of both Ryan and Jonny guests will not only improve their skills but will have a fun and unforgettable time doing so.

The first 2011 Steep Week at TLH will start February 4th and end February 11th. Guests have the option of signing up for the full week, to maximize their backcountry freeskiing skills, or they can choose from any of the TLH package options, from 2 ? 7 days, depending on their time and budget.
