Welcomed by sunny skies, warm temperatures, and calm winds, the 2013 West Coast Session finally got underway up at Timberline Lodge on Mt. Hood. After yesterday's wind holds left the mountain closed, the boys and girls were antsy to get up to the mountain and finally ride the parks that had been set up for the week.

In no time, the huge group of skiers brought their skills to the many jumps and style to the various technical rail features that lined the paintbrush trail, and with bluebird conditions the film crews and photographers had no problem stacking plenty of media. Some of the notable features include a quad kink rail, cannon box, "S" tube, and a few well constructed jumps that attracted quite a bit of attention as the day went on.
