"Torin Yater-Wallace had to overcome more challenges than anyone Iíve talked to. From growing up with a dad in prison, to moving countess times as a kid, to injuries, to a sickness that became so bad that he was medically paralyzed for 10 days. Through all of this, Torin had skiing and all his dreams revolved around becoming a professional. With all the cards stacked against him, Torin never quit or felt sorry for himself and made his dreams happen. The funny thing is, listening to the podcast, it doesnít even sound like he likes halfpipe skiing." - Mike Powell

Mike Powell has been around the ski game for longer than most. He spent 16 years at K2 Sports, managing some of the sport's biggest names, creating content and organizing events such as the Back 9 and Kamp K2. In his own words he's been spending his time "working his ass off for the love of sliding snow". His new podcast series, The Powell Movement, features some of the all time legends of skiing, in the form of both athletes and industry folk. We're stoked to partner up with Mike and present The Powell Movement's ski episodes (it also deals with snowboard and other action sports) to the world.
