Scotts Valley, CA , January 8, 2008- Over the past few months you have submitted your hilarious videos showcasing your snow sport talent in hopes of winning a day of skiing with Shane McConkey at Squaw Valley. Out of the videos that we received some could have been classified as quirky, others were movie quality, a few demonstrated phenomenal skiing, and others were just down right hysterical! But when it came down to choosing, only one could be the winner and since this contest revolves around Shane we decided there would be no better judge than Shane himself. So between shooting a TV show, traveling for photoshoots, and skiing Shane watched every video that was submitted and decided on one. And the winner is...(drum roll please)...”Creation of Sensation” by Steve Crowe.

“I don't know, there's just something about dummies and babies and the impossibility of the thing up righting itself every time and skiing out of horrendous crashes that really did it for me. I just about pissed myself watching that one. And that is exactly what I wanted these vids to do. “Creation of a Sensation” is my winner. “ – Shane McConkey

Steve and a friend will receive 2-nights lodging at The Village at Squaw, round-trip airfare (anywhere in North America), 1 day of skiing with Shane McConkey, 2-day lift tickets to Squaw Valley and Steve will also receive a Sessions Signature Shane McConkey Gore Jacket.

Special thanks to Powder, Recco, and Squaw Valley for making such a great contest and RipTV for posting the videos!! “Creation of Sensation” can be viewed at:
