Went to the gym this morning, getting in shape for skiing. I have seen this exersice many times, but never thought of it as a good one.  Today I tried it for the first time, and it ROCKS.

Looks kind of  TV-Shop-ish to me here, but try it! Redcord sling and some currage, and you are getting in shape in no-time! I finished my session with this one, and it softens your pelvis-area (between stomach and legs). If I am a good boy and do this often, I am 100 % sure grabs and flips/spins will come A LOT easier to me, as I suck to stretch out after skiing.   Tonight I am going to the gym again, only thing I will jump trampoline. STOKED!!
