The light at the end of the tunnel on the California trip was arriving at Mammoth mtn, CA for three days of post season hot laps with some of the Saga Fam. It was almost too good and all I can provide right now is some pictures from the off hill activity but definitely a trip well spent. Edit coming soon.

What great trip doesn’t start with a much regretted donut stop. I’ll take one of each…
6 hours later… hello Mammoth. This trip was a surreal dream come true, I have always wanted to make it here ever since watching my first super-park video. There really is no place more iconic in the snow industry then Mammoth Mountain and now it was our turn.
Alex Cato showed up dressed to impress wearing the new Shield zip up from the summer collection. And this is pretty much the only on hill photo from the whole trip.
Remember that Summer lookbook we released a few days ago? Photographed right outside of Mammoth at Mono Lake, facts facts facts.
And then there was Cato’s model debut, facebook him and let him know how good he looks.
The Sierra Nevada mountain range is quite spectacular.
We also visited the local hot springs which looks kind of like candy land, just saying.
With all the off hill fun it is hard to believe we got any filming done at all but we sure did get some lifestyles.
I’m telling you, candy land.
Then there was the long trip home, in one section we drove 173 miles with no gas or services, kind of sketchy in a car just shy of 200k miles, pioneer country.
But there was scenery.
