Premiere season. The unofficial start on bringing skiing back into our lives for winter. Reuniting with faces lost over the summer months, it's certainly a way to get everyone back together again. This time around I had to the chance to be on the behind the scenes side of the premiere and planned the event; took us until less than three weeks ago to find a venue to show the movie at, but in true skier nature, we pulled everything together at the last minute.

Fighting for product toss

Henrik and Phil showed up Friday afternoon with skateboards in hand and smiles on their faces. As fans started rolling in, kids and adults alike lined up to get their chance to snag autographed posters and a photo with B&E. There is a true benefit to watching these films on the big screen surrounded by like-minded people. The ability to spread the stoke on stomped tricks spreads high energy throughout the theatre. I can't even imagine the feelings rushing through Henrik or Phil's minds when the crowd erupts in applause mid-movie.

Getting stoked for the movies

Each film showed off the contrast between Phil & Henrik's seasons. Whether it's checking out what went down during Henrik's run at the Olympics, shredding the backcountry, or slaying the streets. They each demonstrated their love for the sport on the screen.
