I first met Ryan when he won the World Tour in Tignes, France and I’ve been watching him ever since and he’s a perfect fit for us. An incredibly talented skier, great guy and a perfect role model for our younger team members. He’ll be holing himself up in Bralorne this winter sledding on. Having Shane and Jack with us as well really cements our North American big mountain team and we’re glad to be able to give them as much support as possible while they chase their dreams. Jack also runs SustainableSeasons.org , aiming to increase awareness about environmental issues particularly of relevance to skiers and this is something we’re really passionate about so it’s a really good relationship for us and we hope to be able to support that further. He’ll be on the road this winter with his Biodiesel truck so look out for it. Logan Imlach, based out of Aleyska, is an immensely capable freestyle and freeride skier and we think he’ll be huge. Look out for him at the US Open and WSI events this year and you’ll see what we mean. Appointing Ross Janzen as North American Team Manager is really important to us as well. Ross is one of the original members of Faction and it’s great to get him involved in a position he can fully extend his talents and capabilities for – he has a great relationship with the other guys on the Tour, having competed himself for close to eight years – and his passion for the sport and the industry in general are second to none… as well as his passion for Jagermeister and Surfers On Acid…”
