He’s been taking every event by storm and you can ask any skier, he pretty much deserves it after working so damn hard! Here’s the press release!Kevin Rolland, David Wise and Justin Dorey take the podium at the FIS Freestyle Ski World Cup Final. · Kevin Rolland from La Plagne, once again dominates in the half pipe skiing discipline. Despite a smaller pipe than what the riders are used to, Rolland claimed the 1st place ranking after his first run. With a left double flair mute, alley oop 360 safety, a switch 7 mute left, a right tail flair and a double cork 1200 mute, he scored at 46.60. · The American, David Wise, stormed his first run that placed him on second on the podium, with an alley oop mute 360, a switch 7 mute, a 9 right tail grab, a nose grab and left nine, double alley oop, rodeo 720 earned him 44.20 points. · The Canadian Justin Dorey, took third place following his second run as he nailed a double cork 1000, a right tail 900, a right alley oop 540 safety, an alley oop 360 and a safety switch 7 mute, which earned him 43.20 points.The podium ladies: Sarah Burke, Devin Logan and Virginie Faivre · Canadian skier, Sarah Burke claimed first place following her first run earning her 46.40 points. It sends air safety, Cork 9, right flair, mute air, alley oop 180, and left mute 720 mute. · A further 2 points behind is the American Devin Logan who scored 44.30 on her first run. Devin delivered a great run with a japan air, 540 left tail grab, right nose grab, left 540 japan air, mute air and 720 which won her 2nd place. · The Swiss skier, Virginie Faivre up on the 3rd step with a nice run: mute air, alley oop 180 mute, 540 safety left, right, 540 safety, 540 safety and alley oop switch 540 which earned her 42.70 points.
The globes and the overall World Cup · Following the various stages of this World Cup 2011, la Plagne local, Benoit Valentin won the World Cup with 205 points.
