Level team riders closed out the Dew Tour with a flourish this past weekend at North Star.  In the Pipe competition, X Games champ, Xavier Bertoni, boosted way out of the pipe, spinning both ways with a left 900 into right 900 before finishing with an ally-opp flat 360. Xavier landed in fifth place with an 84.25.  Right behind him a rejuvenated Matt Philippi skied to a strong 6th place finish with a teched out run that featured a rediculous cab 10 and a perfect 12. Rookie sensation, Duncan Adams, grabbed 13th, adding valuable points to his year end total.

On Friday, Matt Walker continued his impressive run in slope with and 11th place finish and Banks Gilberti served notice with a solid performance in 19th.

As for the year end Dew Tour standings, Duncan Adams nailed down 4th place in Pipe…a awesome performance that has vaulted the 16 year old into the sport’s elite.  Bertoni wound up 7th, and Philippi climbed up to 13th in the final tally.  In slope, Matt Walker finished 11th with steady performances all season long.
