Montreal, February 10th, 2010 - Bite Size Entertainment, Coors Light and Mont Saint-Sauveur announced today the first edition of the Coors Light and Mont Saint-Sauveur Challenge, an on-mountain film competition. The challenge will feature teams of two people, one rider and one filmmaker, utilizing any terrain on Mont St-Sauveur and Mont Avila over the course of three days in order to create the most unique and original three-minute video. Filmmakers’ videos will be uploaded to http://www.themountainchallenge.com for pro-judges and public viewers to access. The winning duo will be awarded $5000 for a total cash price of $10 000 on Saturday night, during the Cold Party Coors Light at Mont Avila’s bar. “We created this concept last year with Breitling watches and Vail Mountain, bringing it to Mont Saint-Sauveur is just amazing” said event founder, JF DuRocher of Bite Size Entertainment. “We’re thrilled to have Coors Light on-board for this event and can’t wait to see what some of the world’s very best riders and filmmakers create during the three day comp.” The Coors Light and Mont Saint-Sauveur Challenge is an open contest and teams of two can subscribe via http://www.themountainchallenge.com website. Judged by freeski legend and X-games judge JF Cusson, former Pléhouse film producer and filmmaker Charles Boileau as well as snowboarder and editor of Snow-show.ca, Guillaume Beaudoin, teams will also have the opportunity to fight for a the “most views award” which will reward the team that gets the most hits on Youtube. There will be a Cold Party Coors Light film premier party on Saturday, March 6th at Mont Avila bar.
