WEST LEBANON, N.H. October 2, 2006 - Nordica USA announces the signing of freeskier Rory Bushield to the Nordica Supercharger Team. Bushfield, 23 years old and a native of Alberta, Canada who now lives in Squamish, BC is regarded as one of the innovative talents in the freeskiing movement."We are excited to have Rory join our small and exclusive team," comments Willy Booker, Nordica USA Promotions Manager. "Rory is a really innovative skier and anyone who has seen his movie segments, or seen him in action at the ESPN Winter X Games will agree with that sentiment. We are looking forward to having Rory closely involved with our product development and promotions teams," added Booker.

"I'm just pysched to be with Nordica," said Bushfield. "It's a great position for me to be in and I'm looking forward to doing great things with a great brand," he continued.

Bushfield has starred in Matchstick Productions (MSP) films such as "The Hit List" and "Yearbook" and is looking forward to a substantial segment in this years MSP film "Push" which premiered last week in Whistler, BC.

Bushfield joins JT Holmes and Stefan Thomas to the growing Nordica Supercharger Team. JT and Stefan both joined the Nordica team last season. JT is an icon in the freeride community and continues to push the limits of skiing with his ski base pioneering. JT is a featured athlete in MSP's new movie "Push." Stefan Thomas is widely considered one of the best up and coming freeskiers. Last season he finished in 1st place in the Superpipe and a 3rd place Slopestyle at the Vermont Open skiing on Nordica boots and skis. Stefan is a featured rider in Level 1 Productions new film, "Long Story Short."

"We feel like we are well on the way to building a very rounded and talented team," stated Booker. "Stefan, JT and Rory are all very positive people and great athletes. We are excited about the projects that we have in the pipeline involving these three guys!"
