The Story of the Kwoncok Project. Coming Summer 2011
Find out what you can do to help:
//In the summer of 2010 David Upjohn and Kevin Steen travelled from Cape Town, South Africa to the rural village in northern Uganda where their fundraising efforts will allow for the first primary school to be constructed in the area.
//The community-based project was founded on the principle that the village’s desire to provide education for their children already existed. With a volunteer teacher who teaches with a baby on her back, and the tattered books and school supplies in the basic mud hut as the meager means to educating their children, the inspiration that was ALREADY THERE spread to David, Kevin and throughout communities in the U.S.
