Abasin will re-opening this week after being shut down since mid-March due to a government issued order to shut down all ski resorts in the state. This week however, Abasin has been given the go ahead to reopen the resort to skiers. Abasin will be following a system similar to that of Timberline or Mt Bachelor. You must make a reservation online, 36 hours in advance and their will only be 500 reservations per day. You also must wear a mask in designated areas and their is no tailgating allowed. You can reserve a passholder spot (which includes Ikon, Ikon Base, and Mountain collective if you still have days left) or there are a limited amount of $99 tickets that can be purchased at the time of reservation. Pali, Black Mountain, and Lenawee will be open but there will be NO TERRAIN PARK. Reservations open Monday at 7pm and will most likely be sold out in minutes.
