KANPAÏ - 乾杯

by Newreal
Jan 2019 - 423 views

KANPAÏ (literally meaning "dry glass" or "dry the glass", is the Japanese word for "cheers" in a drinking toast).

This short feature is our toast in honour of powder skiing in Japan.

In febuary 2018, we travelled to Akakura which is a small ski town situated at the base of Myōkō San, in the Niigata prefecture on the main island of Honshu, Japan. We spent two weeks in the area and skied some of the best snow we have ever laid eyes on!
Thanks to all who helped make this adventure possible!

Presented by Newreal Pictures.

Welcome to the Fairyhill | Trailer

by Newreal
Jun 2012 - 162 views

Newreal productions presents "Welcome to the Fairyhill". Our 4th ski & snowboard movie entirely shot in Leysin Switzerland. A very exciting season where we exploited a maximum of the potentialities our beloved home mountain had to offer. Leysin is also known to be the home of some legendary fairies, hiding somewhere in the hills... maybe you will be lucky to see one in the full length movie this autumn. Until then, we hope you enjoy the Trailer! Filmed by Newreal Productions Edited by Yannick Guillermin Starring Benoît Erard / Yannick Guillermin / Jimmy Schuler / Dylan Forde / Romain Erard / Valentin Guignard / Christophe Baer / Lucky Gagnebin / Stephane Tissot / Manu Roulet / Yoann Roulet / and more Music: Time - Pink Floyd / Pretty Lights remix
