On May 28, 2016, at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden, a 17-year-old Western lowland gorilla was shot and killed by a zoo worker.
Season enders take a tole on you physically, but mostly mentally.
As the season crests the horizon in a couple months, I look forward to seeing how my comeback season unfolds. See you homies out on the hill.
Spent a week in Whistler this summer. When we weren't skiing we were tramping

Took a day trip to shoot in Tignes for the High Five Festival and their collab with Dakine. Luckily I could spend an hour filming for myself and came back home with those POV shots. I hope you will like putting yourself in my boots and enjoy a couple runs in the park.

THROWBACK!!! This was another project I worked on for Inspired Media. It was the second episode of Winter Jungle during the 2013/2014 ski season.
The West Coast Session is one of the most unique ski events held annually in May at Mt. Hood, Oregon. We met up with Liberty team riders Teal Harle and Max Moffat in Vancouver and made the trip down the coast. West Coast Sessions is the last event of the year where the best park riders from around the globe gather. Everyone gets together and sessions one of the best spring parks for a week. There are no judges, no officials, just a good group of friends that love skiing. This is our favourite event of the year and we are stoked to be a part of the very last West Coast Session. We hope you enjoy the video recap of our time in the Pacific Northwest.

Nothing special but a little bit of GoPro from the other side of the World. Four days of skiing at Treble Cone (one clip actually from Craigieburn the week after). The snow just kept coming and ended with probably the best four NZ had to offer this season.
This is my winning run from The North Face Frontier FWQ 4* freeride comp in New Zealand in August 2016. This year was the first time the comp has run as a four star rated event, so people were throwing down some pretty cool stuff!
I actually changed my plan half way through the run as the cliff I was planning to hit scared the shit out of me as I got closer to it, so I went to plan B for the bottom section.
It was a great day and I am stoked to see such a highly rated event run in NZ!

Went kind of frogger, was just happy to finally commit. Back in May in Mammoth. First time skiing out of state. 5th month skiing park.

This movie is shot 100% on GoPros. For us skimovies is about the same as when the first ski movies arrived, it is the result of doing something together with your group of friends during the season, and document it .

It's pretty hard not to share everything online these days, seeking instant gratification and reaction. SUGAR HIGH is a short run and gun ski movie filmed in beautiful Revelstoke, British Columbia captured and produced by Cam Keith.
We held onto these shots in order to make something that would last, that we could look back on. Often filmed with one camera, a GoPro or whatever is available. Filmed over the past 2 winters with no budget, and nothing but a passion for skiing and film making.
This is our time capsule, our yearbook of some of the greatest times of our young lives in the mountains. We weren't born in the mountains, but we are definitely thriving amoung them.
