me and my friend crossed my springs earlier this summer. it was hard as fuck and tore up the work gloves we used, but it was worth it. after our hands and forearms stopped hurting from all the work, we jumped on it and it added 3-5 feet to bounces.
now jumping with little effort, we get as high as we used to get jumping as hard as we could. and jumping as hard as we can now is fucking nuts, we're going 3-5 feet higher easily. its a lot better. since we've crossed them ive learned so many new tricks and have added mad rotation to the ones i knew. definatly worth the time and effort
