does anyone have any insights(big word!)to help my freestlye skills besides trampoline(mom wont budge) and inlineskates(just don't like em)

diving boards can help a bit, and anything like skateboarding, mountain biking, bungee jumping, anything to help you get over the fear of getting hurt. Im at the point now where if the risk of geting hurt isnt really high, i dont have fun.

That, and just general conditioning. Get in shape and you are that much farther ahead of the game. For all the new school kids who are drinking and smoking and acting like bums for the mags, etc., you can believe that the great skiers are really putting in work. read any recent Seth Morrison interview and he's always harping on working out, all year long. That's why is been on top of the game for so long. That's my two beans. PEACE!

your right bro, when the ski season starts, you will rarely see the big names smoking and drinking. They may drink, but only get hammered on special occassions, such as the post X Games Parties when it wont affect their performance as much.

when ski season comes, i put the bong away, and keep the alcohol to 2 beers a party, or one glass of kaluha and milk or somthing.

yo dude, stretch like a mofo, it feels way good and when you crash you'll be less likely to tear stuff, and you can tweak the piss out of grabs too
