it was the sketchiest set-up i've ever done, and that is saying alot. first off, we didn't have a trailor to put snow in, so we filled up 3 coolers and a trash can with snow. we decided we couldnt do the rail originally planned because we didn't have enough snow. so we did the last ten stairs of this double kink. it is normally the easiest rail you would ever do, but our inrun consisted of jumping down 3 stairs onto a 1.5 foot wide inrun that was about 6 feet long into a 1.5 foot wide jump. i tried lip-sliding it like 6 times and could not get on top of the rail, then i tried it normal twice and it was even worse because alot of the snow had melted.
so when i was about to pack it up i noticed this double kink rail that was connected to a cement ledge. i decided i would try to climb onto the ledge with my skis and and jump from the ledge onto the rail and do it that way, without needing any snow but on the landing. well i managed to do the ten stair that way. and i almost made the double kink first try too, but after falling off the side that had a 7 foot drop into bushes a couple times, i decided it wasn't worth it. hopefully next week we can get the trailor so we can get enought snow for a doable set up.
