The idea came a year ago when none of my gear came with stickers, this was a huge change from back in the day when every resort had free stickers, new skis and outerwear would always come with complimentary stickers. BridgeJumpyou should be careful of selling trademarked designs. just because they didnt say no doesnt mean they said yes... giving them away is fine, but when you start earning money is where you can land yourself in trouble. not tryna rain on your parade, but i
wouldnt want a letter from vails legal team.

so to help you out i made a transformative design that i give you complete permission to print and sell

GorillaMarketGMKWell best of luck finding peeps who would be willing to do design work for it, I can say as someone who has done logo/design work for things like this a “cut or percentage” or profit isn’t really the ideal incentive most times. There is no guarantee that there will be much in the way of profits as well as the opposite issue where how is the artist to know how much had been made in profits as well if the logo does blow up. So unless you got a really solid contract typed up most designers would probably prefer it as you pay for design, you receive design, you own design and are free to use it how you want. Honestly when it comes to design work I would think very few companies pay on a royalties type of basis.

2YearParmesanyou should make a Jay Peak one but swap the little tree logo for a pot leaf and have it say "Jah Peak" instead, no trademark infringement there, bless up
