I think you’re giving Lesh too much credit here. He was represented by the New Civil Liberties Alliance. The NCLA is a nonprofit public interest law firm with a ton of backing from uber rich libertarians (including the koch brothers). The NCLA probably saw that this case fit their narrative, and I’m guessing they took it on pro bono. No matter what Lesh will tell everyone in interviews there’s no way Virtika is doing that well lately

JAHSHUAI think you all are forgetting that he is facing two assault charges for attacking a snowmobiler spring of 2023. His arraignment is this August.
