deke_skiI might have whacked it against my binding when I fell its just that whole area that is bruised feels like a rubber band. I hope its a bone bruise imma take a few weeks off tho
poonisHow did you crash? Is your range of motion limited? Does the knee still feel stable? If you're still able to use that leg for most things it's quite likely you just strained or sprained something in there and you might be able to keep skiing. Really the only way to know for sure is to go to a doctor and get it checked out. If you tore something they most likely won't be able to find out without getting an MRI.
