Steez isn't something that can be taught, it's something that must be learned through extensive comfort with one's own way of skiing and bag of tricks.
The best way to work on your steez is to work on the fundamentals:
- variety and quality of your grabs even (especially) on low rotations
- opposite slides and spins
- switch skiing and hitting features switch
- butters, presses, and taps (understanding how the way you distribute your weight affects the shape of the ski, and where your skis are in space in relation to you and to the feature)
I have a long way to go on all of these too, but remember the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step 🧘♂️
