officechairWait until tomorrow to get a better idea. Some injuries are hard to pinpoint right after it happens. It could also be an overuse injury. Does the pain feel more surface level or in the joint?
deke_skisurface level ill see if i need to go to the doctor thank you
DlonettiDid you bonk it?
officechairIf it's more surface it could be a tendon, which I would guess is probably overuse or strained. I'm not a PT, but have had tons of little injuries in my arms like this.

freestyler540Im curious to know what that is. I used to get those once in a while with the exact description.
Ill assure you its not much to worry about, it will go away. Maybe take a little break from skiing until the pain goes away
