Has anyone skied the line blend weighing around 120 pounds and being 5’3- 5’5. Cause I found a good deal on them but people have been saying that they are pretty hard to ski around the mountain since its kinda a noodle. But i wonder how it would feel on a small and light person. Nomad 95 are pretty expensive and I dont really like the top sheet. People have been saying that the Bdog doesn’t ski that soft but I have looked at the sooth ski data and the bdog is only slightly stiffer than the blend. Has anyone light and pretty small skied either bdog or blend because people doing reviews on skis who are 5’10 and much heavier than me will get a totally different feeling of a ski than someone way lighter and smaller. Buying skis stresses me out so much. (ps sorry for making another thread but this will be my last one, if I can’t figure out one I will ask my mom which one looks the best and pick that one)..

I also don’t want to go over 700$ for just the skis

I'm assuming youre in NA so buy Nomads. Don't ship from overseas :)

Nomads are the best of the options you listed anyways, except maybe 1000, but those are easily the most expensive you listed.

Omg its 50/50 I am actually going to hang myself. i would have to wait until next year to buy the bdogs and the blends I can buy now. Has anyone my size ever skied the blend tho

I'm 5'5" 120lbs. The Blend is fine. I like SFBs better though. Neither is hard to ski around the mountain unless you're asking for race ski stiffness and edge hold or big mountain charging ski power. The SFBs turn really well. The Blends have a bit longer radius and are more park ski like.

I used the virtual boot fitter as well which is said to be accurate. If they don’t fit I can return and buy different size

It's more so you can try other boots and see which shape matches your foot the best. I mean the FTs might work out perfectly for ya and it is the last season of them so I support it. Just don't be too surprised if they are hella loose or painful after a year. You can always get a new liner too

I also don't know if they changed them. Last I rode them was like 2016 or so. They probably changed since then.

Nomads are also good.

Like I said above, 5'5", 120lbs. I only demoed Blends and SFBs side by side and bought the Bacons. This was in 2014, now that I think about it, in Breck. I was pretty neutral on the Blends. They were, at the time, just like wider park skis. So if you intend to jump around a lot and want something that acts like a park ski, they're good for that. I never found them difficult to go fast on or anything like that if the terrain was a bit rougher. But they're certainly not like a ski with metal in it. I believe they've changed since 2014 and if I had to guess they're more aimed at butters and being a fat park ski now since that's trendy af.

I like the SFBs better because of the deeper sidecut and more aggressive turn you can do with them. And that's also why I like Nomads, which are a little stiffer but in no way difficult to handle.

1000 skis or blend what is the difference in flex and are the extra 100$ worth it for the 1000 park ski
